Hon. Stephen Jalang’o appointed Adjudicator at Milimani Small Claims Court for 12 months.

Security

Parts of Marsabit County (13 “Hillo” areas) declared security disturbed and dangerous for 30 days from 23 June; the Inspector-General ordered residents to surrender all arms.

Public participation invited

Draft Crops (Pyrethrum) Regulations, 2026 — comments within 14 days.
Water Resources Authority: proposed catchment protection orders for 5 wetlands (WeiWei, Ondiri, Nyanturago, Rurii, Suguta Marmar).
Two new political parties seek provisional registration: Alliance for People’s Progress (APP) and The New Order Party of Kenya (NOP) — objections within 7 days.

County appointments

Keroka Municipality receives transferred functions (Nyamira County).
New boards/officials appointed in Nyamira, Uasin Gishu, Kakamega, and Makueni counties.

Land & infrastructure

Bulk of the issue (pp. 3203–3222): ~140 notices for lost title deeds, replacement titles, and land register reconstructions (60-day objection windows).
National Land Commission: compulsory acquisition updates and inquiry dates (14–16 Aug 2026) for the Nyali Bridge–Mtwapa–Kilifi (A7) road dualling.

Utilities & telecoms

New National Telecommunications Numbering Plan gazetted, including emergency numbers (999, 112, 116) and EAC regional dialling codes.
WASREB approved upward water tariffs for Kisumu (KIWASCO, 2026–2030) and Wajir (WAJWASCO, 2026–2029).

Other notables

432 people certified as procurement professionals (CPSP-K).
Asset preservation order against a motor vehicle under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
90 companies listed for striking off the register; numerous changes of name.
