1. Prof. Francis Ndung’u Kibera was appointed Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the National Fund for the Disabled of Kenya by President William Ruto.
2. Ahmed Duale Ahmed was reappointed as Chairperson of the Ewaso Ng’iro North River Basin Development Authority for three years by the President.
3. Lung’azi Chai Mangale was appointed as Chairperson of the Board of Bandari Maritime Academy for three years by the President.
4. Paul Mbatha was appointed as Chairperson of the President’s Award Board for three years by the President.
5. Ahmed Ibrahim Abass was appointed as Chairperson of the National Syndemic Diseases Control Council for three years by the President.
6. Several committees under the National Council on the Administration of Justice including those on Court Users ICT Sexual Offences, and Gender Based Violence, Children Civil Justice, and Traffic Reforms, had their terms extended by Chief Justice Martha Koome with new members appointed from the Judiciary, IPOA, LSK, and other institutions.
7. The Interior Ministry extended the declaration of parts of Marsabit County as security-disturbed and dangerous for 30 more days, effective 13th September 2025.
8. The Inspector General of Police banned possession of arms in the affected areas of Marsabit and ordered residents to surrender weapons to police stations.
9. Simon Antony Njuguna was appointed as a Member of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority Board by the Cabinet Secretary for Energy, replacing Anthony Gachau Mbuthia.
10. Salome Owuonda was appointed as a Board Member of the Kenya Institute of Primate Research by the Cabinet Secretary for Health.
11. The Cabinet Secretary for Environment invited public comments on the draft Climate Change Carbon Registry Regulations 2025, aimed at creating a National Carbon Registry.
12. Management Plans for several wildlife conservancies and reserves from 2025 to 2035 were published, including Dawida Mbale, Transfrontier Mara Ripoi Mbokishi Mara, and Kiunga Marine National Reserve. These cover conservation, livestock tourism, livelihoods, and carbon credits.
13. More than seventy individuals were appointed as inspectors under the Standards Act by the Cabinet Secretary for Trade and Industry.
14. The Central Bank of Kenya licensed twenty-seven Digital Credit Providers, including Platinum Credit, Mwananchi Credit, Musoni Capital, and Little Limited trading as SpotIt.
15. The Ministry of Education and Murang’a County Government entered into a partnership agreement on bursaries and scholarships effective 1st June 2025.
16. Kericho County established a County Audit Committee chaired by Joseph Ndiku Muthama.
17. Machakos County appointed new members to the Boards of Mavoko Municipality, Machakos Municipality, and Kangundo Tala Municipality.
18. Machakos County also appointed members to the County Rural and Urban Affordable Housing Committee, chaired by Joseph Mutua Ngayai, for three years.
19. Corrections to earlier Gazette Notices were issued covering errors in names, case numbers, and dates.
