3. President William Samoei Ruto appointed Lily Ng’ok as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Information and Communications Technology Authority for three years, starting May 16, 2025, and revoked Sylvanus Maritim’s appointment.
4. Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen extended the transition period for Public Benefit Organizations to register under the Public Benefits Organisation Act by one year, until May 13, 2026.
5. Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen declared the Masalani National Intelligence Service Campus in Garissa and Tana River counties a protected area, with the Director General of the National Intelligence Service as the prescribed authority.
6. Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation, and Irrigation Eric Muriithi Mugaa appointed Daniel Shem Ogendo as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency for three years, starting May 16, 2025.

8. Cabinet Secretary for Gender, Culture, the Arts, and Heritage Hanna Wendot Cheptumo appointed Abdullahi Nur Sheekh Kassim as a member of the National Heroes Council for three years, starting May 16, 2025.
9. Cabinet Secretary for East African Community, ASALs, and Regional Development Beatrice Asukul Moe appointed Jattani Kise Godana as a member of the National Drought Management Authority for three years, starting May 16, 2025.
10. The Nairobi City County Assembly approved the appointment of John Waweru Njoroge, Alice Atieno Omondi, and others to the Nairobi City County Public Service Board, as appointed by the county government.
