1. The Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry appointed Consolata Rop as a member of the National Standards Council for three years, effective 4th July, 2025, under the relevant act to promote standardization.

2. The Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry appointed members to the National Technical Barriers to Trade Committee under the National Technical Barriers to Trade Act, 2004, to provide information, training, and reports on trade barrier measures.

3. The Land Registrar issued a provisional certificate of title to Kionda Limited for land parcel L.R. No. 37758 in Nairobi, near Mito River, under the Land Registration Act, with a 693-day period to finalize ownership confirmation.

22. The Principal Co-operative Officer extended the liquidation period for Sharon Family Co-operative Society Limited (No. 24) for six months and appointed Eliud N. Ute as liquidator under the Co-operative Societies Act, following an order from March 2023.

The National Environment Management Authority invited public comments within three days on environmental impact assessments for proposed projects in Kiambu and Kisii counties, available at the Ministry of Environment, NEMA offices, or county directors’ offices, under the Environmental Management and Coordination Act.
