2. Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Economic Planning John Mbadi Ng’ongo re-appointed Kennedy O. Ogollah (Prof.) as a member of the Board of the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics for three years, under section 5(1)(d) of the Statistics Act.

5. Cabinet Secretary for East African Community, ASALs, and Regional Development Beatrice Askul re-appointed Koceei Kiragu as a member of the National Drought Management Authority for three years, under paragraph 8(1)(d) of the National Drought Management Authority Act.
6. Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development Mutahi Kagwe appointed Rosemary Kittony as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Commodities Fund for three years, under section 9(3) of the Crops Act.
7. Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change, and Forestry Deborah M. Barasa mandated the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing roofing materials from all buildings, premises, or facilities, in accordance with sections 58–63 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act and the Second Schedule.
8. Attorney-General Dorcas A. Oduor appointed Felix Ndcenye Mukuvi as an Assistant Registrar of Societies, under section 8 of the Societies Act.
