- Chief Justice Martha Koome appointed over one hundred judicial officers as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court across the country for one year starting 1st September 2025.
- Zephania Koech was appointed as a member of the Kenya National Examinations Council for four years beginning 26th September 2025.
- Kennedy Otieno, Stephen Kubai and Josephat Kemboi were appointed as members of the Council for the Kenya Institute of Special Education for three years.
- Saida Ali Aden was reappointed as a member of the Council for the Kenya Institute of Special Education for three years.
- Dr. Pius Kimani Mutisya was reappointed as Chairperson of the Board of Governors for the Centre for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa for three years.
- New members were appointed to the Board of the Centre for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa for three years. They include Dr. Florah Fedha, Dr. Joseph Wambua, Allan Sitima, Abdijibar Sanay, Jenniffer Bosibori, Joseph Magudah, Betty Abiero and Tom Ngeri.
- Dr. Edna Musyoki was appointed as a member of the Council for the Kenya Education Management Institute for three years.
- Dr. Lucy Jepchoge Rono was appointed as a member of the Board of the National Biosafety Authority for three years from 29th August 2025.
- The Ministry of Environment issued a regulatory impact statement on the proposed Forest Conservation and Management Regulations 2025 and invited public memoranda within fourteen days.
- The Attorney General Dorcas Oduor appointed Bernard Kipkoech Ngetich and Dr. Tom Ratemo as members of the Board of the Kenya School of Law for four years starting 26th September 2025.
- Julius Waita Mwatu was appointed as Chairperson and Amos Kitavi Kivite, Jackline Kambua Kyalo, Rehana Ismail, Joel Mwinzi Muyanga, Festus Mutei Mulu and Samuel Gathuki Mwangi as members of the Kitui County Audit Committee for three years from 8th April 2024.
- Fatuma Achani, Governor of Kwale County, appointed Halima Kauchi Mwatela as Chairperson of the Kwale County Biashara Revolving Fund Committee for three years.
- Eighty-two advocates of the High Court of Kenya were appointed as Commissioners for Oaths for as long as they continue to practice.
- Several land owners across Nairobi, Kisumu, Migori, Mombasa, Kiambu, Kitale, Eldoret, Bungoma and other regions applied for replacement or provisional title deeds due to loss of their original certificates.
