  1. Corrections made to earlier Gazette Notices on case numbers, land parcel references, deceased persons’ names, petitioners’ names, vehicle details and officials’ names.
  2. President William Samoei Ruto re-appointed Shallow Abdullahi Yahya as non-executive Chairperson of the National Drought Management Authority Board for three years effective 8th August 2025.
  3. President William Samoei Ruto appointed Charles Kamau Karondo as non-executive Chairperson of the Communications Authority Board for three years replacing Mary Wambui Mungai.
  4. Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration Kipchumba Murkomen extended the term of the Technical Committee on Review and Development of Legislative and Policy Reforms for the National Police Service and National Youth Service by nine months from 23rd May 2025 to 22nd February 2026.
  5. Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Eric Murithi Mugaa appointed Mary Wambui Mungai as non-executive Chairperson of Athi Water Works Development Agency for three years replacing Charles Kamau Karondo.

  22. Governor of Marsabit County Mohamud M. Ali re-assigned County Executive Committee Members’ portfolios for Finance and Economic Planning, and Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Development.
  23. Governor of Marsabit County Mohamud M. Ali re-appointed County Chief Officers for various portfolios including Public Service, Land, Food Security, Livestock, Fisheries, Economic Planning, Revenue, Education, Youth, Skills Development, Public Works, Health Services, Water Services, Environment, Natural Resources, Transport, Culture, Tourism and Trade.
  24. Governor of Marsabit County Mohamud M. Ali appointed members to the Moyale Municipality Board.
  25. Chairperson of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Erastus Okul appointed fifteen members to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Electoral Code of Conduct Enforcement Committees for by-elections.
