She filed a case though being – Agnes Ongadi v Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited [2019] KEELRC 2287 (KLR) and the court found that KETRACO had overreacted and awarded her 9 months salary as compensation.
The Attorney General, Dorcas Oduor designated 86 persons to be Advocates of the Kenya Revenue Authority under Section 10(d) of the Advocates Act which section allows the Attorney General to name persons who are public officers or working in a public corporation to act as Advocates.
